KMG Scotland is proud to announce the first Krav Maga Global Kids Instructor Course (KIC) to be held in Scotland on 16-20 August 2017.
This course provides the skills and knowledge to teach valuable life skills, fitness and self defence to children and young adults in a positive, happy environment through activity, play and learning.
The KIC provides a full 5 days of training including theory and practical training as well as “live” teaching practice with comprehensive feedback and written material. The KIC also covers marketing and promotion of children’s classes.
The course is open to KMG certified Instructors. In addition, KMG members who have prior experience training children such as physical education teachers, other martial arts Instructors, sports and other areas can apply for the course.
Completion of the KIC qualifies an individual as an Associate KMG Kids Instructor (unless already a KMG instructor). This allows the KIC graduate to teach kids classes under the supervision of an established KMG School.
Full KIC status can also be achieved with completion of an additional KMG bridging course which may be arranged if there are enough requests.
